UJI DAYA HASIL LANJUTAN PADI GOGO BERAS MERAH (Oryza sativa L.) PADA DATARAN TINGGI ADVANCED YIELDABILITY TEST OF UPLAND RICE, RED RICE (Oryza sativa L.) ON PLATEAU

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui daya hasil dan karakter kuantitatif sembilan galur harapan padi gogo, dengan tetua (dua galur dan satu kultivar) dan dua varietas pembanding yaitu Situ Patenggang dan Inpago Unram 1 pada dataran tinggi. Setiap genotipe ditanam pada luasan petak 5 m x 2 m, jarak tanam 20 cm x 20 cm dengan satu tanaman per rumpun. Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan sistem gogo di desa Sembalun Bumbung, Kecamatan Sembalun Kabupaten Lombok Timur pada MK Februari sampai dengan Juli 2013, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam, selanjutnya dilakukan uji lanjut DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter umur berbunga, panjang malai dan berat gabah per rumpun menunjukkan perbedaan nyata, sedangkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif dan non produktif per rumpun, jumlah gabah berisi, jumlah gabah hampa, berat 100 butir, dan hasil tidak berbeda nyata. Hasil uji rerata bahwa galur harapan G1 (G4/F2BC4P3-47) dan G3 (G9/F2BC4P3-80) dengan hasil berturut-turut 2,10 ton/ha; 1,60 ton/ha, merupakan galur yang menunjukkan daya hasil yang tinggi dan melebihi hasil dari tetua dan varietas pembandingnya.

ABSTRACT

This research aimeds to determine the yield and quantitative characters of nine upland rice promising lines, with elders (two lines and cultivar) and two check varieties namely Situ Patenggang and Inpago Unram 1 on the plateau. Each genotype were planted in an area of 5m x  m plots, spacing of 20cm x 20cm with one plant per hill.This experiment was carried out with the system in the upland villages Sembalun Bumbung, Ditrict of east Lombok in Court February to July 2013, using a randomized block design with three replications. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance, then performed further test DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) 5%. The results showed that the parameters of flowering, panicle length and grain weight per hill showed significant differences, while plant height, number of productive and non productive tillers per hill, number of grain contains, the number of empty grains, weight of 100 grains, and the results were not significantly different. The test results mean that the promising lines G1 (G4/F2BC4P3-47) and G3 (G9/F2BC4P3-80) with the results of successive 2,10 tons/ha: 1,60 tons/ha, a strain which showed a high yield and exceed the results of the elders and the comparison varieties.
