This study aims to determine the nutrient availability of phosphorus in the soil and P uptake in soybean plants (Glycine maxx L. Marri). The research method used was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with nine treatments which were repeated three times so that it consisted of 27 experimental units. This research was conducted from August-December 2018 in the Greenhouse, Soil Chemical Laboratory and Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Mataram University. the parameters tested in this study were soil pH, P-available content P content of plant tissue, dry weight of plant stover, plant P uptake, dry weight of root and starch of effective root. The results showed that the use of inorganic fertilizers and phosphate biofertilizers added with inorganic fertilizers could improve all parameters tested. Soil pH values ​​ranged from 5.7 to 6.0 P available soil ranging from 42.15 to 75.72 ppm, P content of plant tissue ranged from 0.19 to 0.41 percent (%) / plant, dry weight of plant stover ranged from 5.26-8.85 grams / plant, P uptake of plants ranged from 1.01 to 3.60 grams / plant, root dry weight ranged from 0.63 to 3.17 grams / plant and the number of effective root nodules ranged from 28.33 to 58 percent (%) / plant.
